Product Description of Thin Fireclay Brick Round Curved Kiln Refractory Brick Clay Fire Bricks With 30-50% Al2O3 For Cement Industry
The Fire Clay Brick contains an Al2O3 content ranging from 30% to 50%. In the production process, clay chamotte is initially blended with refractory clay powder. It is then mixed with clay aggregate to form dry mud, followed by high-pressure molding and sintering at approximately 1400°C. When subjected to high temperatures, these fire clay bricks exhibit a slightly acidic nature and demonstrate limited resistance to alkaline slag erosion. However, as the Al2O3 content increases, their thermal stability surpasses that of silica brick, magnesia brick, and similar materials.
