Qifan Aluminium Conductor Alloy Reinforced Reel And Drum 1/0 2/0 4/0 Cable 1350-H19
Product Description

a.High tensile strength
b.Long life
c.Light in weight
d.Suitable for high as well as extra high overhead voltage lines
2.Brief Description:
AAC conductor consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium (E.C. GRADE).AAC CONDUCTOR is available in a wide range of steel varying from as low as 6% to as high as 40 %. The higher strengthAAC CONDUCTORS are used for river crossings, overhead ground wires, installations involving extra long spans etc.. Against any given resistance of conductor, AAC CONDUCTORS may be manufactured for having a wide range of tensile strength as per requirement. The principal advantage of these conductors are high tensile strength and light weight with longer spans as well as with lesser supports. Due to the greater diameter of AAC CONDUCTORS a much higher corona limit can be obtained causing big advantages on high as well as extra high voltage overhead lines.
3.Applications:
Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. AAC CONDUTOR offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity. AAC CONDUTORS are used extensively for overhead ground wires, river crossings etc. These AAC CONDUTORS are available with us in various types for meeting the exact requirements of the clients.
4. AAC all aluminum conductors strand.

China Aluminum Qifan Reel and Drum refers to aluminum cable products manufactured by Qifan, a Chinese cable manufacturer. The cables are typically supplied in reels and drums for ease of transportation and installation. The cable sizes mentioned, 1/0, 2/0, and 4/0, indicate the American Wire Gauge (AWG) sizes of the conductors.
Here's a breakdown of the information provided:
Aluminum Conductors: The cables are made of aluminum conductors. Aluminum is a commonly used material for electrical conductors due to its lightweight nature and cost-effectiveness. However, it has a slightly higher resistance compared to copper conductors.
1350-H19: The term "1350-H19" refers to the grade and temper of the aluminum used in the conductors. In this case, the conductors are made from aluminum alloy 1350, which is specifically designed for electrical applications. The "H19" temper indicates that the aluminum has been cold-worked and strain hardened to improve its mechanical properties.
Cable Sizes: The sizes mentioned, 1/0, 2/0, and 4/0, are AWG sizes commonly used in North America to denote the cross-sectional area of the conductors. The larger the AWG number, the smaller the conductor size. These sizes are typically used for medium to high voltage applications.
The specific applications and uses of these cables can vary depending on the industry and requirements. They may be used for power distribution, transmission lines, or other electrical installations.
When selecting and using cables, it's important to consider local electrical codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and safety. Consulting with a qualified professional or referring to specific product datasheets from the manufacturer can provide more detailed information on the cable's specifications and applications.
