The basic principle of the softgel encapsulation method is that the rubber sheet passes through a pair of cylindrical moulds, and the feeding pump injects a fixed amount of liquid medicine into the rubber sheet through the spray body, form a completely closed capsule.

• The net gelatin pulling axises can be adjusted in valuable frequency and there is special coating on it. 

• The speed of the gelatin film rollers can be adjusted separately and can be adjusted in valuable 
frequency
During production, if the quality of the liquid gelatin is not good, we can solve the problem by adjusting the speed of the gelatin film rollers. 

• The feeding hopper of the sofgel machine can be heated and kept warm. You can choose electric heating or water circling heating style. And special medicine automatic supplying design makes operating easier 

• We adopted big cam for the injecting pump, so this softgel machine is very suitable for viscous herbal filling material.
• Lock mode of softgel machine die rollers(three-point lock)

By using three-point lock mode, the alignment of the die rollers will never change after locked. And at the same time, the alignment can be fine-turned, very easy to operate.
