 Maintenance method
 

1. Replace the hydraulic oil, oil return filter element, and pilot filter element according to the prescribed maintenance period, and pay attention to whether there are iron filings or copper filings adsorbed on the filter element. When using a breaker, the hydraulic oil deteriorates more quickly and the replacement cycle should be shortened.

2. Do not work without oil for a long time. After replacing hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, pay attention to bleeding out the air. Pay attention to waterproofing, do not work in deep water, and do not directly rinse electrical components with water when cleaning.

3. Replace the gear oil of the slewing reducer and traveling reducer periodically.

4. Check the structure every day for cracks and deformation. When parking the excavator, pay attention to the surrounding environment. Park it on a solid, stable and hard surface. Do not park it near a river, a cliff or a hillside to prevent accidents.

5. When parking, the bucket cylinder is fully retracted and the bucket falls to the ground to prevent the cylinder from being hit.
