Theory
The multi-way valve/distribution valve of the excavator is mainly composed of the following valve groups: electromagnetic reversing valve, relief valve, one-way valve and throttle valve. The functions of each valve block in the excavator multi-way valve/distribution valve:
1. Directional valve: controls the oil in and out of the boom and boom cylinder, the oil in and out of the swing motor traveling motor, and the oil in and out of the local oil cylinder.
2. Relief valve: There is a main relief valve and a root relief valve. The main relief valve controls the system pressure, and the root relief valve is related to the control of the system, with forward and reverse controls.
3. One-way valve: controls the flow of hydraulic oil in one direction.
4. Throttle valve: controls the flow of hydraulic oil.
