Theory
The hydraulic system of a bulldozer is one of its important working principles, in which the hydraulic pump plays a key role. The hydraulic pump provides power by generating fluid pressure to drive various hydraulic actuators in the hydraulic system, such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.
The working principle of the hydraulic pump is as follows:
The hydraulic pump is usually composed of a rotating bearing and a series of blades. When the hydraulic pump rotates, the blades rotate with it and generate fluid flow by sucking in liquid and pushing the liquid into the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic pump is driven by a mechanical or electric power source. When the blades rotate, they continuously draw liquid from the liquid pool and push the liquid into the hydraulic system, thereby generating pressure.
When the pump blades rotate and push the liquid, the liquid establishes a fluid flow inside the pump, which generates pressure, thereby driving the liquid into the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic pump of the bulldozer is usually a plunger pump or a gear pump, etc., which are selected according to different working needs and performance requirements.
