Galvalume Steel Coil(55% Aluminium-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel Coil)
Galvalume steel has a high-performing protective layering composed of zinc, aluminum, and silicon. Galvalume shows the best characteristics of each metal. It is widely used for outdoor metal roofing, metal paneling, and other metal building products.
Main advantages:
1) smooth surface, excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, its corrosion resistance life is 2-6 times higher than hot-dip galvanised steel;
2) with good heat and oxidation resistance, it does not change colour under 300℃ for a long time, and it can be used for a long time around 500℃. In addition, the heat reflectivity of the product is higher than 75%, which is 2 times higher than that of galvanised sheet;
3) excellent paintability and good processing performance. The combination of machine material is strong, which is the best choice for colour coated steel sheet substrate. Its processability and weldability are similar to that of hot galvanised sheet, and it can be processed by cold bending and stamping, and has a good appearance.
