Aluminium-zinc coils have good heat and oxidation resistance, no change of colour for a long time at 300°C, and can be used for a long time at about 500°C to 600°C. They have good resistance to water and soil corrosion. At the same time, it has excellent coating performance and processing performance, strong bonding to organic materials, and is a good substrate for coloured organic coated steel sheets.
Galvalume is developed on the basis of hot-dip aluminium plating and hot-dip galvanising technology, which has both the excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance and heat and oxidation resistance of aluminium plating products and the excellent electrochemical protection of galvanised steel sheet products, so that the cuts and scratches are not easy to corrode and rust.
Mainly used in automobile, printed iron barrel, construction, building materials, bicycle and other industries. It is also an ideal material for producing organic coated steel sheets.
