Hot-dip galvanised sheet is widely used in the field of home appliances, for different uses of hot-dip galvanised home appliance sheet, its surface treatment process is different.

Hot-dip galvanised household appliance sheet is mainly divided into appearance parts and functional parts.

Among them, the surface of appearance parts is generally painted, mainly including spraying and colour coating; the surface of functional parts is generally only chemically treated, and the most widely used is passivation treatment.

The annual design capacity of galvanised sheet in the first phase 1450mm series production line is 300,000 tonnes.

The project was constructed with the participation of China Steel Research Institute and other leading construction and design units in China.

Colour coated panels are generally used in the manufacture of home appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines which require a high level of surface quality, and their surfaces are not allowed to have any surface defects that affect their use and appearance.

Taking refrigerator panels as an example, refrigerator panels generally have a high glossy surface.

No matter whether they are colour laminated refrigerator panels or colour pre-coated refrigerator panels, the surface quality requirements of the substrate are very high, and any bumpy defects such as roller marks and indentations on the substrate will be enlarged by the laminating or the colour coating, affecting the surface quality of the finished products.

For example, a colour-coated factory has stipulated the following for particle point defects on colour pre-coated refrigerator panels: the existence of particle point defects with a diameter of less than 0.2mm and a density of less than 1 grain/cm2 is allowed; the existence of a maximum of 5 particle points with a diameter of less than 0.5mm is allowed; and the existence of particle points with a diameter of more than 0.8mm is not allowed.

In view of the demand for plates for the household appliance industry, it has specially developed the grades for use in household appliance plates, and on the basis of the original production, through the adjustment of the composition of zinc liquid, the parameters of the air knife, the parameters of the finishing machine, as well as the improvement of the three-roll and six-arm equipment, it has made the quality of non-blooming galvanised plates to meet the demand for household appliance plates in the market.
