Hot-dip galvanised strip steel is cold-rolled or hot-rolled, long and narrow strip steel sheet with different coating grades (zinc, aluminium) as raw material. Hot-dip galvanising has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
The hot-dip galvanised steel strip substrate and the molten coating solution undergo a complex physical and chemical reaction and form a corrosion-resistant structure consisting of a tight zinc and iron alloy layer. The alloy layer is bonded to the pure zinc layer and the strip steel substrate. Therefore, the corrosion resistance is very high.
