Tin-plated sheet (also known as tinplate) is a cold-rolled sheet of steel plated on both sides with a very thin layer of metal tin, which combines the hardness and strength of steel with tin's easy weldability, corrosion resistance, and bright appearance.
Tin-plated plate has the advantages of odorless and non-toxic, lightweight, easy to process and molding. Printing different patterns can also beautify the product, so in the food canning industry, electronic devices, chemical paints and other industries have been widely used.
In the production process of tin-plated plate, strip by tin-plated soft melt, in order to prevent tin-plated plate in storage or paint baking tin layer oxidation yellowing, while improving the tin-plated plate sulfur resistance and other properties, tin-plated plate to passivation treatment.
