Excellent weather resistance allows for over 20 years of service without maintenance.Early test results of theroof and wall system indicate that it has survived in decades of intense sun exposure,exposure to the sun,erosion from industrial waste,and temperature and pressure without requiring any malntenance.There are morethan 500 million square meters of construction in the world.Aluminium-zinc plate is the choice of architects andhomeowners of all ages,and its excellent resistance to erosion is the reason why this type of roof and wall surfaces widely used.Studies have shown that such roofing systems can be expected to last 30 years or more in mostcases and do not require their own maintenance and repair.
1. Superior corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-plated steel sheet is 6-8 times higher than that of general galvanized sheet, which is usually guaranteed not to rust for 20 years.
2. High-temperature oxidation resistance: Aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet will not undergo any discoloration or deformation even if it is used in a high-temperature environment of 315 degrees Celsius.
3. High heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity of zinc-aluminum-plated steel sheet is higher than 75%, which is about twice as much as that of galvanized sheet, and it can achieve energy-saving effect by acting as a roofing and paneling in unpainted situation.

Coating content classification

55% alu-zinc steel plate: the coating consists of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, the corrosion resistance is 2-6 times of galvanised sheet, characterised by high-temperature corrosion resistance, smooth surface, good appearance, but the plating of the molding and weldability is slightly worse.

5% aluminium-zinc steel plate: plated with 5% aluminium, 0.1% mixed rare earth elements, the rest is zinc, corrosion resistance is galvanised sheet 2-3 times, characterized by the plating of the formation is very good, with good coating and welding performance, but the surface is not as bright as high alumina steel plate, fine, so rarely used bare.
