Color coated steel coil is a product made of cold-rolled steel coil and (aluminum) galvanized steel coil after surface chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. It not only has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel materials, but also has good decoration and corrosion resistance of coating materials.
Color coated steel coil is mainly divided into three classifications: Construction, Household appliances and Transportation.
Building is generally used to build the roof, wall and door of industrial and commercial buildings such as steel structure workshop, airport, warehouse and freezer.
Household appliances are used in the production of refrigerators and large air conditioning systems, freezers, toasters, furniture, etc.
Transportation industry is mainly used for oil pan, automobile interior parts, etc.

Color-coated coils are products made from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip aluminized steel sheet or electrolytically galvanized steel sheet as the base material, which, after surface pretreatment (degreasing and conversion treatment), is coated with one or more layers of colored coating and baked and cured. It is also available in various steel sheet coils painted in different colors, called color-coated coils.
