Prepainted galvanized steel coil is a galvanized steel substrate that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous paint coating line (CCL) where in the surface of the metal is cleaned, pre-treated and applied with various layers of organic coatings, which produces a uniform paint finish. The metal is unwound, cleaned and chemically treated during the process.
