Matt Textured colour coated steel plate is a hot-dip galvanized alloy steel plate as a substrate, after the surface of continuous roller coating production method, the use of adding special additives to the coil topcoat, after baking to produce like a fishing net-like pattern effect, can be professionally customized according to the customer's requirements of a variety of different sizes, different depths and shades of different colours of the texture pattern. 

Products Introduction

Color coated sheet coil is a versatile product made from various substrates, including hot rolled, galvanized, aluminum-zinc plated, cold rolled, tinned, and stainless steel substrates. The production process begins with thorough surface pretreatment, which includes degreasing and chemical treatment to ensure optimal adhesion and longevity of the coating.

Using a roller coating method, one or more layers of liquid paint are applied to the pretreated substrate. These layers are then baked and cooled, resulting in a durable, coated steel sheet. This process transforms the base material into high-quality color coated coils.

Colour Coated Coil Usage: 

Colour coated coil has light weight, beautiful and good anti-corrosion properties, and can be directly processed, the colour is generally divided into grey and white, sea blue, brick red, mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliance industry, electrical appliances industry, furniture industry and transport industry.

The coatings used for colour coated rolls are selected according to the use of different environments with suitable resins, such as polyester silicone modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride and so on. Users can choose according to the use.

1. 2/1 Coating Structure:
   • Description: The upper surface is coated twice, while the lower surface receives one coating layer. The coated surfaces undergo two rounds of baking.

   • Applications: Primarily used in sandwich panel construction where adhesion is critical for bonding layers.
2. 2/1M Coating Structure:
   • Description: Both the upper and lower surfaces are coated twice, followed by a single round of baking.
   • Characteristics: Provides good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and molding properties. Ensures strong adhesion to substrates.
   • Applications: Suitable for single-layer compression molding panels and versatile enough for use in pressboards and sandwich panels.
3. 2/2 Coating Structure:
   • Description: Both the top and bottom surfaces receive two coats of paint, each followed by two rounds of baking.
   • Characteristics: Offers high corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and excellent processability due to the dual-layer coating.
   • Applications: Predominantly used in single-layer pressboards where robust protection and superior adhesion are required.
