Products Introduction
Color coated sheet coil is in the hot rolled substrate, galvanized substrate, aluminium zinc plated substrate, cold rolled substrate, tinned substrate, stainless steel substrate and other substrates, after surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), with the roller coating method, coated with one or more layers of liquid paint, baked and cooled the resulting sheet that is the coated steel, made into colour coated coils, mainly in the construction of roofs, walls, steel plants, home appliances with the board, It is mainly used in building roofs, walls, steel structure plants, home appliances, purification and clean plants and other fields. Commonly used specifications are 0.2--1.0, commonly used in the domestic width of 1000 and 1200, the main export plate 940, 1200, 1219, 1250 and so on.
Classified by substrate type, organic coated steel plates typically use cold rolled sheets, hot galvanized sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, alloyed plates, galvanized aluminum plates, galvanized zinc alloy plates, tin plates, chrome plates, aluminum plates, and others.
Classified by processing technology, the different coating methods include roller coating, spraying, powder coating, composite film, and printing. Depending on the number of coating and baking cycles, there are single coating and baking, double coating and baking, triple coating and baking, and quadruple coating and baking processes. These processes produce various types of organic coated steel. Additionally, based on embossing or printing, they can be further subdivided into wood grain, marble grain, leather grain, and cement mortar grain coated steel plates.
Classified by coating type, organic coatings can be made with different paints, resulting in PVC coated steel, polyester coated steel, acrylic coated steel, fluorocarbon coated steel, and silicone polyester coated steel.
Classified by coating performance, there are high weather resistance coating plates, high temperature coating plates, self-extinguishing coating plates, sterilization coating plates, non-stick snow coating plates, fingerprint-resistant coating plates, and self-lubricating coating plates.
Classified by special coatings and uses, there are epoxy zinc-rich coatings, cold rolled steel substrate organic coatings, surface flocked steel, and special machine-coated laminates, such as post-wood film boards, sandwich panels, and shock-resistant boards.
Usage of different coating structures:
2/1: This single layer back coating has poor corrosion resistance and scratch resistance but offers good adhesion. It is mainly used for sandwich panels.
2/1M: This coating provides good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and molding properties, along with good adhesion. It is suitable for single-layer compression molding panels and sandwich panels.
2/2: Featuring double-layer back paint, this coating offers excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and processability. It is mostly used for single-layer pressboards, but its adhesion is not as strong, making it less suitable for sandwich panels.
