   • Answer: Tecgen offers a warranty period of 18 months or 1500 running hours, whichever comes first. However, depending on specific projects, we can provide an extended warranty period.
2. Global Warranty:
   • Answer: Yes, most of our products, such as Cummins and Doosan power generators, come with a global warranty. The alternators we use, like Leroysomer and Stamford Marathon, also come with a global warranty, so you don't have to worry about after-sales service.
3. Acceptance of OEM:
   • Answer: Yes, we can accept OEM orders.
4. Payment Terms:
   • Answer: We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a 20% advance payment. The balance of 80% is due before shipment or through an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or West union.
5. Delivery Time:
   • Answer: Our standard delivery time is about 10-20 days. However, for special engines and alternators, the delivery time may be longer.
