Q: What is your warranty period?
A: Our warranty period is 18 months or 1500 running hours, whichever comes first. However, depending on the specific project, we can extend the warranty period.

Q: Does your generator come with a global warranty?
A: Yes, most of our products, such as Cummins and Doosan power generators, come with a global warranty. The alternators we use, like Leroy Somer, Stamford, and Marathon, also come with a global warranty, so you don't have to worry about after-sales service.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we do offer OEM services.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 20% payment in advance by T/T and the balance 80% shall be paid before shipment or by L/C at sight. We also accept L/C deferred payment terms.

Q: What is your company's production capacity?
A: We can produce 300 sets of diesel generator sets per month and 4000 units of alternators per month.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Our normal delivery time is 10-20 working days. However, for special engines and alternators, the delivery time may be longer.
