What is PE?
PE board English name High Density Polyethylene, Chinese: Polyethylene board. PE plate is a thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polarity.
The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white and translucent to a certain extent on the meager section.
PE board has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals produce chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene) and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride).
The polymer does not absorb moisture and has good waterproof vapor, which can be used for packaging purposes. HDPE has good electrical performance, especially the high insulation dielectric strength, which makes it very suitable for wire and cable. The medium to high molecular weight level has excellent impact resistance, even at normal temperature at-40F low temperature.
The unique characteristics of various levels of HDPE are the appropriate combination of four basic variables: Density, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and additives. Different catalysts are used to produce customized special properties polymers. These variables combine to produce HDPE grades for different uses;

The melting point of HDPE plate (high-density polyethylene plate) is about 130 ℃, and the relative density is 0.941~0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength.
Dielectric properties, ambient stress cracking resistance is also good. Melting temperature 220~260C. For materials with larger molecules, it is recommended that the melting temperature range be between 200~250C.
