MR-RY200 Hot press machine is mainly used for battery cells hot press shaping after winding/stacking process, easy for battery core into the pouch or shell.

Using the hot press shaping machine after battery winding/stacking on the template by pressure and heat to reduce batteries thickness with finalize design, reducing the battery core short circuit rate and ensure the consistency of the thickness of the finished batteries.

● Upper and lower pressing die temperature can be controlled independently.

● Heating temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 250℃ and digital display.

● Pressing pressure can be adjusted.

● Heating press time can be set.

● The heating pressing die is made of copper with good heating conduction.
