The MTL5014 enables two safe-area loads to be controlled by a single switch or proximity detector located in hazardous areas. This interface features two changeover relays with configurable operation modes for enhanced safety and monitoring capabilities.

- Output 1 Relay: Reflects input status with configurable reverse phase operation
- Output 2 Relay: Configurable as slave to Output 1 or as line integrity monitor
- Line-Fault-Detect (LFD): Selectable detection for open- or short-circuit faults in field wiring
