HPP apple juice means high pressure processing juice refers to juice which use a speical preservation method called high-pressure processing ,Hpp is a non thermal sterilization but use high pressure to inactivity bacteria,so to save the juice at a excellent taste we called this HPP apple juice  production line ,High-Pressure Processing: The bottled juice is placed in a high-pressure chamber filled with water. The pressure is rapidly increased to a level typically between 400 and 600 MPa (megapascals), which is equivalent to 4,000 to 6,000 bar or 58,000 to 87,000 psi. The pressure is maintained for a specific duration, usually a few minutes to several minutes.
