INCOLOY 800 (UNS N08800) High Temperature Alloy
Premium corrosion-resistant nickel-iron-chromium alloy for demanding industrial applications up to 1500°F (816°C). Available in round bars, plates, pipes, and custom fabricated components.

INCOLOY 800 is engineered for construction of equipment requiring exceptional corrosion resistance, heat resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability in high-temperature environments.
Key Characteristics
- Excellent resistance to general corrosion in aqueous media
- Superior stress corrosion cracking resistance due to nickel content
- Outstanding oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation resistance at elevated temperatures
- Maintains rupture and creep strength up to 1500°F (816°C)
- For higher temperature applications above 1500°F, INCOLOY alloys 800H and 800HT are recommended
