Nickel Alloy 20 Overview
UNS N08020 Nickel Alloy 20 (also known as 2.4660, 20Cb3, Carpenter 20, and 20Cb-3) is a low-carbon, niobium-stabilized austenitic nickel/iron/chromium alloy with molybdenum and copper additions. This alloy delivers exceptional corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing phosphoric acid, nitric acid, chlorides, and sulfuric acid, along with excellent mechanical properties at both ambient and elevated temperatures.
