Monel 400 alloy plate sheet is a nickel-copper alloy with good ductility and is suitable for various corrosive environments. It is especially used to handle various concentrations of sulfuric acid at room temperature (up to 80%). Boiling sulfuric acid can withstand 15% concentration. .Monel 400 alloy plate sheet has excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid corrosion at a concentration of less than 10% at room temperature, and is resistant to seawater erosion corrosion. It is also one of the few alloys that can resist hydrofluoric acid corrosion.
