Hastelloy C2000 is a new NI-CR-MO alloy. Based on C4 alloy, the chromium content is increased and copper is added, which greatly improves the alloy's resistance to oxidation and corrosion in reducing media. It is currently the most resistant to H2SO4 corrosion in this series. A good alloy, but not as resistant to intergranular corrosion as C4.
