1 . Descriptions:

Frequency Adjustment: The output frequency of the controller can be manually adjusted to match the resonant frequency of the vibratory feeder. This ensures a smooth, quiet, and energy-saving feeding effect.

Automatic High Precision Voltage Regulation: The controller has an internal digital voltage regulation circuit that eliminates feed speed variation caused by mains voltage fluctuation.

Time Adjustable Soft Start: The controller gradually increases the output voltage from 0 to the preset value when powered on, avoiding sudden shaking. The soft start time can be digitally preset.

Switch Sensor ON/OFF Control: The controller can be connected to a 1 NPN switch sensor or PLC for convenient on/off control.

Photoelectric Sensor ON/OFF Control: The controller can be connected to the CUH Intelligent Photoelectric Sensor for easy on/off control.

Remote Speed Control: The output voltage of the controller can be adjusted remotely using an external potentiometer, a PLC, or a 1-5V DC signal.

DC Control Output: The controller can output low voltage DC power for ON/OFF control of external devices, such as solenoids.

Keypad Lock: All buttons on the keypad can be locked to prevent accidental operation. Pressing the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds activates the lock.

Digital Overheat Protection: If the internal temperature of the controller rises too high, it will stop its output to protect itself from damage.

Overcurrent Protection: If the output current exceeds its rated value, the controller will stop its output to protect itself and the load.

Restorable Short Circuit Protection: In the event of a short circuit at the output, the controller will shut down its output to protect itself and the load. The fuse inside will not be blown, allowing the controller to resume operation after power is restored and the short circuit is resolved.

Max Adjustable Output Voltage: The maximum adjustable output voltage can be preset to protect the load from damage caused by excessively high voltage.
