Our factory is a source factory, we supply to domestic medical companies, foreign distributors and hospitals. 100,000-level dust-free purification production workshop based on ISO13485 standard. All parts are molded and produced by ourselves, product quality is controllable, and delivery time is short and stable. There are 12 R&D personnel like 3D rendering engineers, structural engineers, software and hardware engineers etc. We independently complete everything from the initial design to the final product. A: First, from raw material quality we buy the big company which can offer us the certificate, then every time raw material come back we will test them. Second, from each week in Monday we will offer the produce detail report from our factory. It means you have a one eye in our factory. Third, We are welcome you visit to test the quality. Or ask SGS or TUV to inspect the goods. And if the order more than 50k USD
this charge we will afford. Fourth,we have our own IS013485, CE and TUV certificate and so on. We can be trustable.
Q2. What is your trading term?
A: We can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. If your company is real a company can be trust. As usual our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L.We offer discount for big quantity.
Q3. Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A: week for sample, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depends on order quantity.
Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. Q7. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation. Q8.
