一.Composition of ultrasonic cutting hemostasis knife system
The system is mainly composed of five parts:generator (K500), handle (QUHP35), cutter head (QHS14S, QHS23S and QHS36S), foot switch (QFS - 02 optional) and trolley (C100 optional).
It is the control section of ultrasonic scalpel system and its output power can be controlled by handle and foot switch.
The output power can be divided into 5 levels, of which level 1 is the minimum and level 5 is the maximum.
Ultrasonic scalpel in level 5 will show relatively strong separation capacity.

1.Generator The main function of the generator is to provide electrical energy of ultrasonic frequency, and control the output of electrical energy to the handle transducer by activating the foot switch or the handle switch. Set the output energy through the front panel operation of the generator, and observe the working state of the system. Different gears provide different energy. The system generator model is K500.

3.Cutter head Mechanical motion is transferred from the handle to the tip, while ultrasound energy is transferred to hemostasis or coagulation and cutting of tissue. The tip is a sterile single-use medical device that is disposed of after use and cannot be sterilized for reuse (human market). The tips are sterilized by ethylene oxide or cobalt-60 irradiation at the time of delivery; the irradiation sterilization is valid for four years, beyond the expiration date or if the sterilization package is damaged, the tips should be stopped immediately and scrapped or destroyed. The system can be equipped with QUHS14S, QUHS23S and QUHS36S. Operating frequency of the cutter head: 55.5 k Hz ±1 k Hz.•Input frequency:50 / 60Hz

2.Handle
There is an electroacoustic transducer in the handle, which can convert the electrical energy provided by the generator into precise mechanical motion(ultrasonic vibration). The transducer is connected to the ultrasonic horn;The horn amplifies the motion generated by the transducer.
