Production Flow Processing and inspection
1. Material pretreatment: Preprocess the steel alloy or manganese steel materials required for the excavator wheel hub to remove impurities and impure substances to ensure the purity and plasticity of the material.
2. Heat treatment: The pretreated material is subjected to multiple steps such as high-temperature heating, insulation, and cooling. The structure and performance of the material are improved through the heat treatment process, and the strength and hardness of the wheel hub are increased.
3. Forging processing: The heat-treated material is forged into shape. After the material is heated, hammering, extrusion, stretching and other operations are performed, and the blank is finally forged into a precise wheel hub shape.
4. Machining: Process the forged wheel hub blank, including fine machining processes such as surface processing, holes, gears and splines.
5. Heat treatment again: The processed wheel hub is subjected to high-temperature heat treatment to make the wheel hub surface have high hardness and high strength, ensuring the reliability and durability of the wheel hub in high load and high-speed environments.
6. Spray painting: The manufactured wheel hubs are treated with protective coatings such as powder spraying to ensure the anti-corrosion and aesthetics of the wheel hub surface.
