Rubber pad type
1. Bolt-on: Work if your existing steel pads have pre-drilled holes
2. Clip-on: Use clips that wrap around the pad and work with most styles of pads.
3. Chain-on : Bolt directly to the chain so there is no triple-grouser shoe involved
How to Measure Rubber Tracks?
To check for the size of your existing rubber track you will need to measure followings.
- Measure the width of the track in millimeters or we can do the conversions for you. (1 inch = 25.4 millimeters)
- Measure the distance from the top of the center of one link (metal piece that engages with the sprocket on the track) to the top of the center of the next link (in millimeters or we can do the conversions for you). This distance is known as the pitch of the track.
- Count the total number of links (also called metal pieces or lugs) inside of the track.
- The measurement of a track is Width x Pitch x Links.

Production Flow Processing and inspection
(1) Material cutting
Cut the material into the required size, clean it after cutting, and remove any adverse effects such as edge burrs.
(2) Prefabrication
The cut materials are pressed or cut into prefabricated blocks. The prefabricated blocks need to be inspected to ensure that the dimensional error is less than 1mm.
(3) Forming
Put the prefabricated blocks into the forming mold for forming, and control the forming temperature and time. After molding, clean it to remove remaining burrs, oil stains, etc. on the surface.
(4) Heat treatment
The formed track pads are heat treated to improve their hardness and strength. The track shoes after heat treatment are inspected to ensure that their mechanical properties meet the requirements.
(5) Processing
The heat-treated track shoes are processed, including drilling holes, drilling ports, chamfering corners, etc. Clean and anti-rust treatment after processing.
