This is a metalworking wide belt sander for deburring, sanding,polishing, finishing, slag removal and texturing.With 2 powerful sanding drums and vacuum sucking work-table, the metal wide belt sander can process wide metal sheets, plates,middle and small size metal work-piece in an effective way for deburring, grinding and finishing.With a quick change of the abrasive belt, this metal wide belt sander can do slag removal and oxide removal of the metal parts done by plasma cut or flame cut .
The metal wide belt sander is designed for one wide part or multi smaller parts processed in a production line or in an independent way. Vacuum sucking work-table can fix minimum 100mm smaller parts on the conveyor belt to insure a good deburring or finishing.Either high productivity in a flow line or reliable effects for smaller parts, this metal wide belt sander will not let you down, but saving labor and time.
