This is a metalworking wide belt sander for deburring, sanding,polishing, finishing, slag removal and texturing.With 2 powerful sanding drums and vacuum sucking work-table, the metal wide belt sander can process wide metal sheets, plates,middle and small size metal work-piece in an effective way for deburring, grinding and finishing. With a quick change of the abrasive belt, this metal wide belt sander can do slag removal and oxide removal of the metal parts done by plasma cut or flame cut .
The wide belt sander typically incorporates adjustable settings for controlling the speed of the conveyor belt, the pressure applied to the workpiece, and the type of abrasive used.
