General

This disc edger is equipped with two deburring discs and two rounding discs. During the feeding process, the disc of the disc edger continuously vibrates on the workpiece. The interaction of rotation and high amplitude ensures high-quality deburring and rounding results. The machine can use a number of different platter tools, making it very flexible and versatile.

This disc edger usually has adjustable vibration and rotation speed. The vibration speed can be adjusted according to the workpiece and the desired edge grinding effect. Higher vibration speeds are typically used for more thorough deburring and edge processing, while lower vibration speeds can be used for light grinding and rounding. The rotation speed can also be adjusted according to the workpiece material and the required processing effect. By adjusting the vibration and rotation speed, precise control of the edge grinding process can be achieved to meet specific processing requirements.
