MACHINE FEATURES

1. The machine can be manufactured in widths from 13 inches to 43 inches as required and equipped with multiple head frames.
2. Double infeed and outfeed nip rollers are used to ensure the normal feeding of parts in the machine.
3. Available with one to three heads including roller, brush, disc or combination roller/brush/disc head.
4. The machine builds both the top and bottom structures simultaneously.
5. Each head allows independent cam adjustment down to 0.001 inch for accurate finish.
6. A pneumatic cylinder is used to realize automated belt tensioning.
7. Automatic abrasive belt tracking ensures correct belt alignment during operation.
