PSA Oxygen Generator

Description

Oxygen Generators can produce from 1 to 200 cubic meters of oxygen per hour! Once you provide electricity and a source of compressed air, the oxygen generator will provide oxygen for any application.

Oxygen generators are designed to produce between 4bar to 200bar output pressure, 93% and 99.6% nominal purity oxygen, -100°F(-73°C) dewpoint and are available in 120 VAC or 220 VAC.

Full Automation:

All systems are designed for un-attended operation and automatic Oxygen demand adjustment. Lower space requirement and short installation period are some of the common features. The design and instrumentation makes the plant size very compact, assembly on skids, prefabricated and supplied from factory. Installation is very easy and convenient.

Fast Start-up:

Start-up time is about 30 minutes to get desired Oxygen purity. So these units can be switched ON & OFF as per Oxygen demand changes.

Expected Molecular sieves life is more than 10-years i.e. whole life time of Oxygen plant. So no replacement costs.
