Ⅰ. Introduction

EOOE double rotation SRB machine (workpiece rotation, tool rotation) sends the hydraulic cylinder to the workpiece support seat for initial positioning, and the pressure head is driven forward by a hydraulic motor. The workpiece head side is clamped by a 3-jaw chuck, and the pressure head side cone is positioned and pressed against the workpiece. The main shaft of the workpiece rotates, and the boring bar spindle rotates. The tool and boring bar are driven by a servo motor and a ball screw, and the inner hole of the cylinder is processed according to the program settings. This machine adopts a processing route to achieve rough boring, fine boring, and quick exit after rolling. After processing, the workpiece spindle chuck is released, and the pressure tailstock exits.
