Casting cylinder is the main component of aluminum alloy casting equipment. EOOE designed and manufactured the first one and in order to produce high-quality casting cylinder, we invested special research funds and developed the design software and test system of self-guided casting cylinder successfully.

Ⅲ. Guarantee of Precision
We use the American SUNNEN honing machine to control the precision of the cylinder barrel and piston rod; In addition, the special transportation track and test well are also used to conduct the test which lasts for one month, which to ensure the stability of the product.
Cylinder Barrel
The inner honing machine we used is from SUNNEN Company (America), and the full-length deviation of the barrel is ≤0.05mm.
Plunger
The external honing machine we used is also from SUNNEN Company (America), and the full length deviation of plunger is ≤0.03mm.
Guide Key
We finished processing of guide key at one time, the deviation is ≤ 0.02mm
