We use symmetrical casting material to ensure maximum rigidity during gravity cutting.

The opposite guide rail of the bed saddle is equipped with a wear-resistant and self-lubricating fiber belt to prevent crawling at low speeds.

An independent electronic pump and oil tank provide lubrication for the guide rail, and an indicator light with a flashing function can remind the operator that the oil level has reached the alarm line and oil needs to be added to the oil tank. All gears are forced lubricated by oil dripping and spray system to avoid overheating due to the emulsification of lubricating oil.

In the CNC system, the longitudinal transmission is equipped with advanced safety systems to prevent possible overload. The safety system works as follows: during machining, when the tool's thrust reaches the pre-selected maximum allowable value, the feed stops to avoid danger.
