Ⅰ.  Basic Functions of the Control System

The control system should have at least the following basic functions:

a) The cutting tool has a controllable expansion, contraction function, and automatic contraction function.

b) Constant pressure function, and continuously adjustable pressure.

c) Can accurately display the current processing position, processing time, and process parameters.

d) It has complete protection and alarm functions such as collision prevention, over travel protection, overload protection, etc. (abnormal spindle load, switching between high and low gear speeds, low oil level in the filter tank, over travel of the spindle box position, and abnormal servo drive detection).
