Ⅰ. Basic Functions of the Control System
The control system should have at least the following basic functions:
a) The equipment can be operated automatically and manually. The boring bar spindle rotation should have a load detection function and be able to display the load in real-time on the panel. When the load exceeds the limit, it can be immediately stopped for protection.
b) Equipped with a servo system overload automatic protection and alarm device, the main control screen should be equipped with industrial air conditioning or fans.
