Ⅰ.  How to Select Raw Material?

In order to reduce the number of drawing passes and improve the technical and economic indicators of cold drawn steel during the production process, it is generally recommended to choose hot-rolled steel with similar cross-sectional shape and size to the finished cold drawn steel as the billet for cold drawn steel, based on the possible conditions of the billet supply, while ensuring the quality (performance and surface) of the cold drawn steel. The absolute reduction of various parts of irregular steel may not necessarily be equal, but the relative reduction should be basically consistent to ensure uniform deformation.
