The very high precision gravimetric doser, with a margin of error of only 0.6 kg per 1,000 kg dosed, is perfect for feeding extruders and co-extruders where both high precision and perfect homogenisation are required. This machine is designed to dose from 100 to 2,000 kg/h, with the ability to handle 2 to 12 materials or additives simultaneously. The system works by mounting the power supply on a load cell. Each cyclone is designed to load two materials. The load cell measures the first material that enters the cyclone and, upon reaching the desired weight, activates the selection valve and enables the second suction channel for loading the second material. Once the total weight is reached, the material is transferred to the mixer, where it is homogenized for at least seven minutes. This dispenser represents an ideal solution for those looking for precision and uniformity in the feeding process of extruders and co-extruders.

The version with feeding screw has been designed to dose PET flakes, light materials and powders.
