Product Introduction:

Gravimetric dosing particularly suitable for injection moulding, blow moulding machines and extruders, filling and packaging machines for granulated and powdery material. The solid steel machine frame and the particular software allow its installation even on machines with constant and controlled vibration. The different types of construction allow the combination of 2 to 8 components, differently dosed in small amounts with normal dosing screw.

The programming and management of the recipes is simple and easy: The operator can easily set the dosing percentages. On the control touch screen each function is indicated by a symbol that represents the part you are programming and in the case of any malfunctioning, each part is represented on the screen.

Structure body:

• 2 types of material maximum
• Original double weighing sensor
• Ribbon mixer, mixing silo volume 70L, guarantee accurate mixing
• Automatic recalibration
• Solid structure to minimize the effect of the vibration of the molding machine

Raw material storage and discharge:

• Cylinder-controlled piston discharge system. Optional discharge port specifications: Φ30/Φ40/Φ60/Φ80, offering flexibility to accommodate different materials and production requirements
• Implementation of a screw feeding method for accurate dispensing of small proportion materials. Ensuring precision and consistency in material distribution
• Raw material storage hopper with a volume range of 50-100L, providing differentiation options based on production needs
