Product Introduction:

Electronic big bag unloading station uses an electric hoist to lift the big bag to the feed port, press the bag, open the big bag unloading port, and use a flapping device or a vibration device to make the material fall into the hopper below. 

The electronic big bag unloading station consists of a bag clamping mechanism, an electric hoist, a ton bag hanger, an automatic cylinder flapping device or a vibration device, a vacuum cleaner, an equipment bracket, etc. The whole set of structural design is reasonable, easy to operate, and the closed bag opening improves the working environment. The unloading is complete and there is less residual material.

The unloading port of the unpacking machine can be linked with various equipment such as the material bin, screw conveyor, rotary unloading valve, crusher, electromagnetic iron remover, vacuum feeder, and other devices.
