Product Introduction:

Gravimetric dosing is exceptionally well-suited for various industrial processes like injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and filling and packaging machines dealing with granulated or powdery materials. Its robust solid steel frame and specialized software make it adaptable even for machines with constant vibrations.

With the ability to combine 2 to 8 components, each dosed in precise amounts using normal dosing screws, this system offers versatility. Programming and managing recipes are made simple and intuitive for operators. They can easily set dosing percentages via the control touch screen, where each function is represented by a symbol. In case of any malfunctions, the screen provides clear visual cues, allowing for quick troubleshooting and maintenance.
