Product Introduction:

SGDM batch gravimetric dosing machine is suitable for powder, granule and block mounted crushing materials. This product can automatically batch one or more materials of different products according to the weight ratio specified in the formula and mix them evenly.

The solid steel machine frame and the particular software allow its installation even on machines with constant and controlled vibration. The different types of construction allow 1-13 different materials to mixing and dosing. For the material, we use inverter motor to control screw feeding to send different materials to the weighting silo in turn (the screw feeder bin is equipped with anti-bridge device.) After the weighting is finished, the material can be free to enter the blender, and it also can be transported to the blender through the conveying system.
