First. Proper use and maintenance of batteries:

1. Analyze the power consumption of the pump car and control the terminal voltage of the generator within the specified range. For example, the mechanical charging time is long and the discharge time is short, and the charging current should be appropriately reduced to prevent the problem of overcharging; For vehicles that work at night and start frequently, to prevent excessive discharge, the charging current should be appropriately increased; When parked, it should be fully charged for next use.

2. Pay attention to the temperature conditions of the pump truck. In cold areas, we must pay attention to the insulation of the battery, and reasonably choose the density of the electrolyte to keep it in a state of sufficient electricity. The filling of distilled water should be done while charging to prevent freezing. The engine should be preheated before starting, and the starter should be used correctly. Each start time should not exceed 5S, and the restart interval should be 15S. If two consecutive starts fail, the fault should be removed before starting. 3, strengthen the maintenance of the battery. If only used, not maintained, coupled with the poor working conditions of the battery (large vibration, dust pollution) the consequences are obvious.
