ASTM A312: This is an ASTM specification that covers seamless, welded, and heavily cold worked austenitic stainless steel pipes for general corrosive service and high-temperature applications. The A312 standard ensures the manufacturing and material requirements for the tubes used in various industries, including heat exchangers.

ASTM A213: Another ASTM specification, A213, covers seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy-steel boiler, superheater, and heat exchanger tubes. The A213 standard provides guidelines for seamless tubes used in high-temperature and corrosive environments.
