Overview:
TP321 Seamless Tube is a type of austenitic stainless steel tube that is designed for use in high-temperature and corrosive environments. It is often used in industries such as chemical and petrochemical processing, power generation, and oil and gas production.
The TP321 grade of stainless steel is a stabilized version of 304 with added titanium, which provides enhanced mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion. The titanium effectively stabilizes the microstructure at elevated temperatures, making it more resistant to sensitization and subsequent intergranular corrosion in corrosive environments.
TP321 Seamless Tubes are seamless, meaning they are made without seams or welded joints, which ensures a high degree of structural integrity and stability.
